DD/DTS decoder wit digital outputs outputs

I am looking for a device which gets an SPDI/F inputs - either PCM
stereo or mch - and provide 3 S/PDIF outputs which provides stereo LPCM
for L+R, Ls+Rs and C+LFE
is there anything like this around?

Well, if it takes PCM stereo in, it's got to dematrix it, which is a
different issue altogether.
But if you want to take AC-3 in, and spit out digital PCM stuff, Dolby
will sell you a box for a couple thousand bucks that does a nice solid
job of it.

For a price, a farily stiff one.

You might get something cheaper by taking a standard consumer surround
decoder and tapping off some internal bitstreams, say from the inputs to the
DACs. Or, you might get an acceptable price-performance ratio by
re-digitizing some analog outputs.

It is a full digital device which should not be too much expensive
