MINIDISC PITCH ACCURACY

I PLAY GUITAR ALONG WITH MUSIC PLAYED ON MY SONY MINIDISC.
I SEEM TO HAVE TO ADJUST THE MINIDISC'S PITCH CONSTANTLY TO BE IN TUNE
WITH MY GUITAR.
THE GUITAR IS DEFINITELY TUNED CORRECTLY, USUALLY WITH A STROBE TUNER.
DOES ANYBODY OUT THERE SHARE THIS PROBLEM, OR AM I JUST GETTING OLD?
Sorry, can't help with your question, but could you turn off the caps
lock? It's considered to be shouting when you use all caps. Thanks.
:O)
I've got three Sony Hi-MD recorders (NH900, RH10 & RH1), and the NH900 & RH1
offer variable speed control on playback. Somehow, I don't think this is a
variable pitch facility.
IOW not likely to be an issue with my NH700. Thanks. Useful to know.
