Wireless In-Ear Monitor System Opinions

Hey guys,

I'm soon to be in the market for an in-ear wireless monitor system, and
am shopping around for a few opinions. Within my price range, I'm
looking at the Shure PSM 400/600 and the Sennheiser EW 300-IEM G2
systems.

Aside from ear buds, can I get some opinions on these systems and which
ones would be best and most cost-effective for me. I'd be interested in
getting a second receiver so two band member could share the same
monitor feed. Most of the IEM systems I've looked at have two input
channels. The PSM-400 can be purchased with a 4-channel stage mixer,
but I'm not interested in that. (There won't be too many places we play
with an abundence of sends.) It would be nice, however, to have some
stage control of two channels (guitar in one, vox in the other).

I'm a guitar player that sings back-up vocals in a band that plays
small to medium clubs. The stages are generally small and I'm usually
no more than 3 feet away from the drum kit (the snare and cymbals are
the biggest culprit in my ear fatigue and ringing). The music is
rock/hard rock. I currently use ear plugs, but my playing dynamics
suffer greatly since it always feels like I have no sustain or tone
with plugs in my ears.

My price range (with one receiver) peaks at around $1500, but I'd like
to keep it under $1000. Any suggestions or other systems out there more
suited for me and my checking account?
You should be able to get a G2 system with 2 receivers for under
1500,-

In the interim, I'm having ear casts made and professional attenuator
plugs which will still come in handy when we play garbage gigs with
limited sends from the board.
