IEM earphone recommendations

Hello, pros!

I have to ask if anyone can recommend some good earplugs for IEM
applications? Have tried ones from Shure (different types), but artist
complains they're not comfortable in use. Btw: I was watching
R.Williams concert one day and wandered what earplugs he is using-
looks ok, might be worth to try in my application.

Artist shall get his / her own custom molded earplugs.

If he's that particular he should get custom molds
Westone, Ultimate Ears, Future Sonics are all well patronised

I play drums and use ultimat ears and they work great...
